10/03/04-TOCI: A MEXICA TALE at NY Film and Video Festival
*WINNER* BEST EXPERIMENTAL SHORT* "Toci: A Mexica Tale" screened October 3rd, 2004 at 6:00pm in the Laemmle Fairfax Theater, 7907 Beverly Blvd.(corner of Fairfax) in West Hollywood, CA for the New York International Film Festival. This highly successful screening had only a few scattered seats that went unsold.

09/24/04-TOCI: A MEXICA TALE at Cinesol Film Festival
On opening night, Toci: A Mexica Tale screened in McAllen, Texas on September 24th, 2004 at 8:00pm in the El Rey Theatre for the Cinesol 2004 Film Festival to a compacity crowd.

11/16/03-TOCI: A MEXICA TALE at Alucine Film Festival
On closing day, Toci: A Mexica Tale screened at Alucine, Toronto Latino Film and Video Film Festival on November 16th, 2003. Marking it's first international screening, Toci screened at 4:00pm in the Main Theater.

11/12/03-TOCI: A MEXICA TALE screened at Tia Chucha's Cafe
Safada Y Sano Productions returned to Tia Chucha's Cafe on November 12th, 2003 is to screen the film "Toci: A Mexica Tale" at 7:30pm. Tia Chucha's Cafe is located in Sylmar, Ca. Toci: A Mexica Tale screened on October 12th, 2003 at Fright Fest Film Festival, closing night at 9:10pm. Also screened at the festival were Safada Y Sano Production Associates: John Turbyne "Transfer", Brad Palmer "Sawbones", and Min Lee "Vista Point".

Toci: A Mexica Tale was an official selection to the 2003 Vistas Film Festival in Dallas, Texas

9/28/03-TOCI: A MEXICA TALE at Shockerfest Film Festival
Toci: A Mexica Tale screened on September 28th, 2003 at Shockerfest Film Festival. Toci was awarded best Mini Short and Jade Puga was nominated for best Actress for her role as Ashley in Toci. Toci won the award despite over 40 entries screened in that category.
