Toci: A Mexica Tale screened on September 28th, 2003 at Shockerfest Film Festival. Toci was awarded best Mini Short and Jessica Martinez Puga was nominated for best Actress for her role as Ashley in Toci. Toci won the award despite over 40 entries screened in that category. |

"Toci: A Mexica Tale" screened October 3rd, 2004 at 6:00pm in the Laemmle Fairfax Theater, 7907 Beverly Blvd.(corner of Fairfax) in West Hollywood, CA for the New York International Film Festival, and winning the Best Experimental Short Award. This highly successful screening had only a few scattered seats that went unsold. |
